Warranties

Each product has its own terms and conditions regarding warranty on our official website, which are explicitly displayed in the description of each product.

Warranty Duration: No warranty or activation warranty, 1-month warranty, or warranty for the contracted duration.

Note: Improper or prohibited use will completely void the warranty without the right to claim.

Refunds

1. General Provisions

At MigoSell, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and services. Refunds are processed either to the original payment method or credited to the digital wallet for future purchases.

2. Order and Procedure — Before proceeding with a refund or credit reimbursement:

A. All services are subject to replacement or reactivation under warranty as a first measure before a refund is considered.
B. The refund will be issued through the MigoSell platform either to the digital wallet or to the original payment method.

3. Refund Eligibility:

Due to the nature of digital products and services, refunds are offered only under specific circumstances.

Refunds may be requested under the following cases:

A. (Services) We do not have availability for the requested product or service.
B. (PINs) If the PIN can be invalidated so that it cannot be used after purchase.
C. (Delayed Warranty) If we are unable to provide a warranty for a service or product, after 48 hours we proceed with a refund.
Our goal is to resolve the client’s issue on the same day it is reported.

4. Types of Refunds:

A. Full refund: When we have not delivered the service or product due to lack of availability.
B. Partial refund / Unused time: Applied when the client has already consumed part of the service duration.

5. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for:

A. Panel purchases.
B. Purchases of PINs or products made by mistake.
C. Client impatience.
